Free £500 training with First Oracle

We’ve received news from First Oracle in Great Barr that they’re offering free coaching or training – worth up to £500 – to qualifying companies in the West Midlands.

Who qualifies?
The principal decision-maker of any business that has between five and 249 staff (including unpaid volunteers) within the West Midlands area.

First Oracle is offering to:

• help implement the most effective training plan for your business
• visit you to discuss your needs without charge to see what package would best suit you
• work closely with you to gain an in-depth understanding of your organisation and the issues facing you
• identify skills gaps by comparing your organisational objectives with your skills
• recommend solutions including the objectives for the training or coaching.
